Xeneural contracts through two companies; the Service is operated by Xeneural Technologies E.I.R.L. The entity you contract with depends on where you are based, is stated in your Order Form or in the sign-up confirmation, and determines the governing law, the venue and the address for notices. The product is always the same: XEN.

Relationship between the two entities
Xeneural Technologies E.I.R.L. and Xeneural LLC belong to the same owner. Xeneural LLC does not operate systems or access customer data and is not a data subprocessor: the entire Service is provided by Xeneural Technologies E.I.R.L.
Issuing vouchers
Xeneural Technologies E.I.R.L. issues electronic payment vouchers in accordance with SUNAT rules: an electronic invoice to companies that require it and an electronic sales receipt to natural persons. Xeneural LLC issues invoices in accordance with the rules of its jurisdiction.
Customer service and complaints
The service channels are shared by both entities: support@xeneural.com for support, contact@xeneural.com for sales enquiries, complaints@xeneural.com and the virtual Complaints Book for complaints, privacy@xeneural.com for personal data rights (Personal Data Officer) and security@xeneural.com for security matters.
