No. A single account is yours: it is your personal space and it enters every organization you have been invited to. You switch organization from the selector, without signing out.

From Human Resources, in Team and permissions, with Invite partner: by their XEN username or by their email, and with the role they will have when they join. The invitation opens access to that organization only.

You remove their access to the organization. Their personal account is still theirs, but it stops seeing company data. What they did while they worked there stays recorded under their name.

Yes. The mobile app covers field work, such as checklists and reports; the full operation lives in the web application.

Pending means the document has not completed its issuance workflow. An exception shows the reason in the details. Review the data and resume the workflow configured for the organization, without entering the sale again.

It is not edited. An accepted document already exists outside XEN. The correction is made with a credit note, which voids or adjusts the original and leaves both documents linked.

Numbering advances on its own inside each series and is not editable, because a gap or a repeat is grounds for rejection. What you do choose is how many series you keep and which issuing point each belongs to.

Closing the month means locking the period with all its entries reconciled. XEN gathers the sales, purchase and payroll entries, flags the observations left to resolve with their source document and, once you resolve them, locks the period. Anything issued afterwards falls into the next month, and the close stays auditable with who did it and when.

Yes. Lists and reports export to spreadsheet format, and the API lets you read the same data with a user's permissions.

No. Xeni answers with the permissions of whoever asks: if your role does not open Accounting, you do not get accounting figures by asking either. Every answer shows its sources, the actions it proposes wait for your approval, and Xeni can be switched off per organization and per module.

The modules your organization activates and the people who enter it. The pricing page explains the plans; what is agreed with your organization is written in its contract, and any change is requested from the Xeneural team through support.

You export it in full before leaving and the team accompanies you in that export. We do not delete information without telling you and without leaving a window to take it with you.
