Several warehouses per company, with stock by zone and shelf, transfers that leave a trace at origin and destination, and a count adjustment recorded as one more movement.
Inventory is the result of the operation
A sale deducts stock and a receipt adds it at the same instant. Nobody updates a report: inventory reflects what already happened.
Xeni proposes the purchase
With weekly usage and the supplier’s lead time, Xeni calculates when to order and how much, and leaves the purchase order ready for your approval.

Every movement has an origin, a destination and a document.
Transfer TR-0032 took 12 bearings out of Main and North received them in the same record. A shortage is traced to the sale, the loss or the transfer that explains it.

What the module covers
A warehouse that serves any sector.
Stock control
Minimums, maximums and reorder point per product and warehouse. When free stock drops below the minimum, Xeni proposes the purchase with the quantity and the date.
Warehouses and locations
As many warehouses as sites, with zone, aisle and shelf. A transfer leaves a trace at origin and destination.
Lots and expiry dates
Lot and expiry date per stock unit. Issues are ordered so what expires first goes out first.
Shipments and dispatch notes
Shipping an order generates the electronic dispatch note with carrier and destination, and the delivery status flows back to the order.
Inventory follows the operation.
Sales reserves, purchasing receives and Xeni proposes replenishment. The warehouse works on what already happened, not on a report.
What is free to sell already deducts the orders.
The hydraulic filter has 240 units in Main; 36 are committed to confirmed orders. Sales can only promise the remaining 204.
