This policy describes exactly what xeneural.com stores in your browser. The short answer: we do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and visit measurement uses no cookies or persistent identifiers. That is why the site shows no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file that a site places in your browser to remember something between one visit and the next. Local storage (localStorage) serves a similar purpose, but only the site itself reads it and it never travels to the server.

None of these entries is used for advertising, to follow you across sites or to build a profile.
3. Visit measurement
We use a visit measurement service to know which pages are visited and from which country, in aggregated figures. According to its provider's documentation, it uses no third-party cookies, identifies each session with a value derived from the request that is discarded after 24 hours, and does not allow a person's browsing to be reconstructed across sites. The data it records is: date and time, path, referrer, country and region, operating system, browser and device type. It does not record IP addresses or persistent identifiers. You can opt out by visiting any page with ?analytics=off.
4. The XEN application
When you sign in to XEN, the application stores in your browser the access session (needed to provide the service) and your interface preferences. There are no advertising or third-party cookies in the application. The details of how account data is processed are in the Privacy Policy.
5. How to control it
You can delete cookies and local storage from your browser settings at any time. If you delete xenWebCountry, the site will detect the country again on the next visit; if you delete the preferences, they will return to their defaults.
6. If it ever changes
If we add analytics with cookies or persistent identifiers, or any advertising technology, we will update this policy, show a prior consent notice before loading those technologies, and refusing will be as easy as accepting. That is not the case today.
