Does XEN replace my ERP or connect to it?

It replaces it. An ERP stores what already happened; XEN runs the operation and stores the result. If you work with an ERP today, onboarding starts with the catalogs and a cutoff date, and the old system stays in read-only mode until it no longer adds anything.

What does an agent do that a module does not?

A module waits for someone to open it. An agent works when the fact happens: a sale comes in, an invoice comes due, stock runs low. It resolves what it can with your company's rules and, when the decision matters, leaves the action waiting for the responsible person's approval.

Does my team have to learn a new system?

Each person enters through Xeni and asks for what they need in their own words. XEN's screens are still there for anyone who prefers to work in them, but nobody has to learn a menu to issue an invoice or request a report.

What determines the plan?
