Change log
| Date | Change |
|---|---|
| November 2025 | First version |
| 28 September 2026 | In-browser evaluation with axe-core of the sign-in, Valuation and company administration screens, with all findings corrected |
1. Standard applied
XEN is designed and evaluated in accordance with the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
2. Conformance status
The screens evaluated meet the WCAG 2.2 level AA criteria verified by the automated evaluation described in section 3, with no open issues. The conformance of the rest of the application is evaluated module by module with the same method.
3. Evaluation method
| Aspect | Detail |
|---|---|
| Tool | axe-core 4.13.0 (Deque Systems), WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 level A and AA rules, including colour contrast and target size |
| Environment | Web application running in a Chromium-based browser, with the full application shell (menu, header and tabs) |
| Themes | Dark throughout the application and light on the sign-in screen; in the application's light theme, text colours were verified by calculating the contrast of the design system tokens |
| Continuous testing | Automated accessibility tests in continuous integration, which run on every change to the code of these screens |
4. Result
| Screen | WCAG 2.2 AA issues |
|---|---|
| Access (sign-in) | 0 |
| Valuation: summary and its seven sections (valuation, monthly report, obligations, training, reimbursables, unit prices and extras) | 0 |
| Company administration: organisations, security, activity log, subscription, artificial intelligence, export and backups, data quality, external master data and data dictionary | 0 |
The issues detected in the evaluation of 27 September 2026 (menu state announced with an invalid attribute, malformed lists, decorative icons not hidden from screen readers, two buttons without an accessible name, scrollable regions without keyboard access and the contrast of the secondary text and of the notification counter) were corrected the same day and the evaluation was repeated with a result of zero issues.
5. XEN accessibility measures
- Keyboard navigation, including scrollable regions.
- Accessible names on controls and menu state announced to screen readers.
- Minimum contrast of 4.5:1 for text.
- Touch targets of at least 24 × 24 pixels.
- Respect for the operating system's reduced motion preference.
- Light and dark themes.
- Interface in Spanish and English.
6. Known limitations
- Automated evaluation does not replace testing with screen readers and other assistive technologies, which Xeneural will incorporate into the annual review of this statement.
- In the document editor, the page thumbnails that are reordered by dragging do not yet have their own accessible name.
7. Contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier in XEN, write to support@xeneural.com stating the screen and the task you were trying to perform. Xeneural handles it within the support periods of the Service Level Agreement.
