Your profile is the same across every organization you work in: the name and photo you set here are what your team sees in every company you are invited to.
1. Open your preferences
Click your avatar, in the corner of the top bar, and choose Preferences. Inside, open the User tab: that is where your personal details live.
2. Change the image
Click Change image and pick a photo from your computer. Any square or nearly square image works; XEN crops it to the avatar circle. A photo where your face is visible helps your team recognize you in approvals and comments.
3. Fix your name
Type your first and last name as you want them to appear. This is the name printed next to each of your actions in the organization's history, so it should be the one you use at work.
4. Save
Click Save Information. The change shows immediately in the top bar and in any organization you have access to; there is no need to sign out.
