An organization is a company inside XEN, with its tax details, its team and its information kept separate from the rest. One account can belong to several organizations and switch between them without signing out.
1. Go to My Organizations
In the menu, open Business and then My Organizations. You will see the organizations you already belong to. Click New to open the wizard.
2. Type and country
Choose the organization type and operating country. Review the tax details and document options available for that organization.
3. Address and identity
Enter the company’s tax address and identity. Review its identifier, legal name and address before continuing: these details accompany the organization’s documents.
4. Brand and plan
Upload the logo and choose the trade name your team and your customers will see on documents. Then choose the organization's plan.
5. Review and create
The last step shows everything above on a single screen. If something is wrong, go back to that step; if it is right, click Create organization. XEN takes you to the newly created organization, with your user as administrator.
